Shaw Trust is the largest not-for-profit employment organisation in the UK offering cost-effective recruitment and retention services supporting people with a disability, medical condition or an illlness. There may also be financial support available to employers,e.g. training, redeployment, workplace adjustments, absent management, complimentary therapies, etc.
Our services are free, independent and are open to people aged 16-65 years of age who are looking to find work and/or working over 16 hours a week.
