OUR HISTORY

Established in 1980 by chairman and managing director, Sir Jim Milne CBE, Balmoral Group Holdings Ltd is a privately-owned company comprising several operating divisions. The company’s involvement with the energy industry began when it diversified its glass reinforced plastics (GRP) design and manufacturing expertise from the construction industry into the rapidly-evolving offshore sector in Aberdeen in the early 1980s.

We continue to lead our market-sector and our multi-disciplined engineering and technical teams seek to broaden our horizons with a focus on materials development, product innovation and complementary market opportunities.
